Iran Rejects US Hormuz Claim Amid Ceasefire and Missile Dispute

Iran and the United States are still arguing after six months of conflict.

Their ceasefire may or may not be extended because the two sides remain stuck on important issues.

Iran says it will keep the Strait of Hormuz closed until the United States lifts a blockade, releases frozen Iranian money, and removes oil sanctions.

Iran also criticized Donald Trump for describing the strait as new United States territory.

The United Arab Emirates said two missiles were fired from Iran toward it, but Iran denied this.

The United Arab Emirates said both missiles fell into the sea.

Oil prices increased for the fourth day in a row.

Separately, United States authorities accused 17 Iranian suspects of involvement in a large hacking campaign.
