Update Mobile Number on Driving License Online

If you have a driving license in India and want to update your mobile number, you can do it online without visiting the RTO.

You need your Aadhaar card and internet access.

Go to the Parivahan website or use the mParivahan app.

Follow the steps to update your number, verify it with an OTP, and pay a small fee if required.

The update might take a few days, but once done, you'll receive all future alerts and OTPs on your new number.

This is important because many services, like e-challan payments and renewals, use OTPs to verify your identity.
