Mortara recovers to seventh; Mahindra's third-place Formula E gap widens

Formula E is a racing series where the cars are powered by electricity.

The second-to-last race of the season took place in London.

A driver named Pascal Wehrlein won the race for his team, Porsche.

Winning gave Wehrlein the lead in the championship with 169 points.

A team called Mahindra Racing is trying to finish third overall in the teams' championship.

Mahindra's driver Edoardo Mortara started the race in 18th place but drove all the way up through the field.

He was given a penalty for causing a collision with another car, so he ended the race in seventh place.

Mahindra now trails Andretti by 13 points in the teams' standings.

There is one more race on Sunday, so Mahindra still has a chance to reach third place.
