Free Three-Day Barista Training Targets Unemployed Youth in Amaravati
Unemployed young people from the Amaravati capital region attended a free coffee-making course.
It lasted three days, from Monday to Wednesday.
APCRDA’s Social Development Department, Kaapi Solutions and SRM University–AP organised it.
Thirty people took part.
Two trainers taught them how to prepare coffee and other drinks, and how to serve customers.
They also learned about running a cafe or coffee shop.
The organisers said the skills could help participants find work or start a business.
APCRDA said it plans to continue offering skill-development programmes for unemployed youth.
