Maruti Suzuki Plans 1 Million EV Charging Points by 2030
Maruti Suzuki, a big car company in India, wants to put up a lot of electric vehicle (EV) charging points all over the country by 2030.
They want to have more than 1 million charging points so that people feel good about buying electric cars.
Right now, they have already set up 2,000 charging points in 1,100 cities.
They are working with other companies to make this happen.
They also have a new electric car called the eVitara coming out.
To make things easier for people, they will offer services like battery rentals and a program where they can buy back the car later.
They are also preparing special workshops to fix these electric cars.
Even though they are starting a bit late compared to other companies, they want to become the biggest EV company in India.
They have invested a lot of money to make this happen and plan to have a big team ready to help with these electric cars.
