AAP and Allies Protest Outside Delhi Election Office

AAP workers and people supporting other parties held a protest in New Delhi.

They gathered outside the Delhi Chief Electoral Officer’s office at Kashmere Gate on Wednesday.

The protesters asked Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar to resign.

They said there were problems with a review of voter lists called the Special Intensive Revision, or SIR.

They also said the Election Commission had not answered concerns from Opposition parties.

The protest was part of a larger effort by several I.N.D.I.A. bloc parties.

Those parties have also raised allegations of “vote chori.”
