MSRDC Seeks GIS Consultant for Samruddhi Expressway Development
The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) is looking for a consultant to help plan the areas around the Samruddhi Expressway.
This expressway is a big road that connects Nagpur and Mumbai.
The consultant will use special maps called GIS to plan how the land around the expressway should be used.
This is important because the areas around the expressway are expected to grow quickly with new industries and businesses.
The MSRDC wants to make sure this growth happens in a way that is good for the environment and the people who live there.
They have set a date for a meeting about this project and a deadline for companies to send in their ideas.
MSRDC invites global tenders for GIS-based development plans along the Samruddhi Expressway.
The consultant will prepare GIS base maps and conduct Existing Land Use (ELU) surveys.
The expressway is 701 km long and has over 20 interchanges.
Pre-bid meeting scheduled for August 12, 2026, and proposal submission deadline is September 15, 2026.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is Rs 10 lakh.
