Delhi Govt. Plans State Guest House; Eyes Three Locations

They are looking at three locations: Laxmi Nagar, Qutub Institutional Area, and Lajpat Nagar.
The government wants to use land near Qutub that was previously leased.
This isn't the first time a guest house has been considered.
The previous government also proposed a guest house that was never built.
Delhi currently doesn't have a state guest house, which means it doesn't have a place for dignitaries and senior officials to stay.
