AI Demand May Have Rushed Apple’s Mac Launches

Apple may have released new Mac computers earlier than usual.

A report says businesses suddenly wanted powerful computers to help with artificial intelligence.

Apple promoted a way to connect several Mac Studios so they could work together on very large AI programs.

This feature was mainly designed for companies and software developers.

The report says Apple was not fully prepared for this new business demand.

Apple reportedly could not provide some companies with access to its private cloud computers.

Instead, it relied on partners such as WebAI and Mount Thor.

A shortage of computer memory also made some Mac models hard to buy, so some businesses looked at Nvidia’s DGX Spark instead.
