OpenAI to Test Ads in ChatGPT
OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, is going to start showing ads to people who use the free version of ChatGPT or the cheaper 'Go' plan.
These ads will appear at the bottom of the chatbot's answers and will be about things that are related to what you're talking about.
The more expensive paid versions of ChatGPT won't have ads.
OpenAI says the ads won't change the answers ChatGPT gives you.
The company is doing this to make money because it has a lot of users but isn't making a profit.
