Puducherry Extends Pooja Holidays; Schools & Offices Closed
The Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, Mr. K Kailashnathan, has decided to extend the current pooja holidays.
This means that government offices, public sector companies, and all schools and colleges will be closed on October 3rd.
This holiday is an extension of the current pooja holidays and it covers all four regions of Puducherry: Puducherry itself, Karaikal, Mahe, and Yanam.
A compensatory working day will be held on October 25th.
