Karnataka Police Identify 12 Aspirants in Veterinary Exam Fraud

Police in Karnataka are investigating cheating in an examination for veterinary doctors.

They say some applicants paid middlemen to help them get questions before the test.

Police have identified 12 applicants who may have paid for this help.

They traced Rs 80 lakh in bank transfers linked to the alleged scheme.

Investigators believe a larger amount, nearly Rs 10 crore, may have been collected from 24 applicants.

The leaked questions were allegedly given to candidates at resorts near Bengaluru.

Two people, including a former examination official, have been arrested in the case.

Police are still investigating and looking for other people who may have been involved.
