ARAI to Develop Hydrogen IC Engine Facility
The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is planning to build a new facility to develop hydrogen internal combustion (IC) engines.
This will happen within the next year.
ARAI is also hosting a big event called the Symposium on International Automotive Technology (SIAT 2026) from January 27th to January 30th, 2026.
They are focusing on making vehicles safer and are doing research on things like traffic information, air pollution, and digital sensors.
ARAI has also registered 18 patents in the last few years and has collected a lot of data about roads in India to help improve vehicle design and safety.
