Supreme Court Halts Rajasthan High Court SI Exam Decision
Imagine there was a test to become a police officer, but someone cheated by getting the answers early.
The High Court initially said the whole test was canceled because of the cheating.
Later, another part of the High Court said the test could continue, but the people who passed couldn't start their jobs yet.
Now, the highest court, the Supreme Court, has stepped in and said that everyone must wait.
The Supreme Court told the High Court to make a final decision about the exam within three months.
The Supreme Court stayed the Rajasthan High Court's interim order.
The case involves the cancellation of the SI Recruitment Exam-2021 due to a paper leak.
A single-judge bench had initially canceled the entire exam process.
A division bench of the High Court then stayed the cancellation.
The Supreme Court has barred the training of SI recruits until a final decision.
