Migrant Worker Killed in Kashmir Terror Attack at Village
A man who worked as a migrant worker was shot and died, and another worker was hurt in a village in south Kashmir.
Police say the attackers were suspected terrorists.
They fired at two workers who were not from the area.
The victims’ names are not yet known.
This attack happened after a police officer was killed earlier in the region.
It also happened during the time when many workers come to Kashmir to pick apples.
A migrant worker was killed and another injured in a shooting in Kilam village, Kulgam district, south Kashmir.
The attack targeted two non‑local labourers on Friday, according to police.
Victims’ identities and further details have not yet been released.
The incident follows the killing of Head Constable Ashiq Hussain Qureshi in Anantnag earlier this month.
