TCS Announces Salary Hike for Employees
TCS, a big IT company, is giving raises to most of its employees.
The raises will start on September 1, 2025, and will go to about 80% of the workers.
These raises are for people with less than 11 years of experience and a salary between ₹15 lakh and ₹35 lakh.
Employees are expected to get a 2-4% increase.
TCS will provide salary hikes to a majority of its employees, effective September 1, 2025.
Approximately 80% of TCS employees are eligible for the salary increase.
The salary hike applies to employees with about 11 years of experience or less, in the C3A band.
Eligible employees have CTCs between ₹15 lakh and ₹35 lakh.
The expected hike is between 2 and 4 percent.
