Over 1.2 Crore Public Grievances Filed on CPGRAMS Portal
The government received over 12 million complaints from the public through an online system called CPGRAMS between 2020 and 2025.
People use this system to file complaints about different government departments.
The government was able to address over 12.8 million of those complaints during that time.
Some common complaints are about things like pensions, taxes, government programs, and postal services.
To make it easier for people in rural areas to file complaints, CPGRAMS is connected to many local service centers.
Over 1.2 crore public grievances were received on the CPGRAMS portal from 2020-2025.
The Lok Sabha was informed about the grievance data on Wednesday.
