Eoin Morgan tipped as next CSK coach, says Ravi Ashwin
A cricket team in India called the Chennai Super Kings needs a new coach.
Their old coach, Stephen Fleming, left after working with the team for 18 years.
A retired cricket player named Ravi Ashwin shared his thoughts on his YouTube channel.
He thinks a former England player could become the new coach.
One name he has a 'feeling' about is Eoin Morgan, who led England to win the Cricket World Cup in 2019.
Other names being talked about are Andrew Flintoff and Brendon McCullum, who both used to play for CSK.
Ashwin also said that not having a coach makes it hard for CSK to make player trades.
CSK is linked to a trade for Hardik Pandya from the Mumbai Indians.
That trade would send Khaleel Ahmed and Shivam Dube the other way.
Stephen Fleming stood down as Chennai Super Kings head coach after an 18-year stint, leaving the franchise without a coach.
Ravi Ashwin said on his YouTube channel he has a 'feeling' Eoin Morgan, England's 2019 ODI World Cup-winning captain, will be CSK's next head coach.
Andrew Flintoff and Brendon McCullum are the other names doing the rounds for the CSK coaching role.
Ashwin said the missing coach makes CSK's ongoing trade-window discussions difficult, including a rumored Hardik Pandya trade from Mumbai Indians.
The rumored trade would see Hardik Pandya join in exchange for Khaleel Ahmed and Shivam Dube, though the new coach might prefer to keep the latter.
