Vivid Electromech Appoints New CFO and Company Secretary

Vivid Electromech Limited, a company that makes electrical panels and automation systems, has appointed two new leaders.

Mr. Varun Mishra will be the new Chief Financial Officer starting August 26, 2026.

He has a lot of experience in finance and will help the company with its financial planning and growth.

Mr. Pranjul Gupta will be the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer starting August 21, 2026.

He will make sure the company follows all the rules and regulations.
