UPSC CDS (II) 2024 Final Result Announced: 574 Selected
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final list of people selected for the CDS (II) 2024 exam.
This exam helps people join the Indian Army and Navy.
574 candidates have been selected for training at the Officers Training Academy in Chennai.
They will join the Short Service Commission courses starting in October 2025.

The government had announced openings for men and women.
Their selection is not final until they show their original documents.
UPSC announced the final merit list for the CDS (II) 2024 exam on May 23, 2025.
574 candidates qualified for admission to the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai.
Selected candidates will join the 122nd Short Service Commission Course (Men) and 36th (Women) in October 2025.
The government notified 276 vacancies for men and 19 for women.
Admission is provisional and subject to document verification.
