New Bus Depot Approved Off Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon
Imagine a new bus station is being built to help people get around easier!
The government has approved a big piece of land near the Dwarka Expressway, and soon buses will start running from there.
This will make it easier to catch a bus in the newer areas of the city.
They are also working on other plans, like getting more buses and some electric ones to make it even better to travel around.
The first step involves preparing the land so that new buses can be accommodated, which is what is being done now.
Haryana government approved the transfer of 7.18 acres of land for a new bus depot in Sector 103.
The depot will be located off the Dwarka Expressway and aims to improve public transport in new sectors.
GMDA will pay Rs 39.96 crore to MCG for the land parcel.
