Karur Administration Intensifies Efforts to Tackle Dengue Fever

The Karur district administration is taking steps to fight dengue fever.

Officials have increased spraying to control mosquitoes in areas where dengue or fever patients are found.

Collector C. Muthukumaran said workers are following up ward by ward.

Their work is being monitored.

People can help by making sure water does not sit around their homes.

Water tanks and containers should be kept tightly closed.

Unused tires, coconut shells, plastic items, and flowerpots should not be allowed to collect water.

These steps are meant to help prevent mosquitoes from multiplying.
