TTD to issue Srivani darshan tickets online
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has decided to start issuing Srivani darshan tickets online from January 9.
This change is being made to make it easier for devotees and to better manage the process.
From now on, 800 tickets will be available online every day from 9 am to 2 pm for darshan at 4 pm on the same day.
Only one family of up to four members can book together, and they need to show their Aadhaar card and a valid mobile number.
The tickets are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
This new system is being tried out for one month.
There are already 500 tickets available through online advance booking, and 200 tickets will still be issued offline at Tirupati Airport.
The TTD hopes this will make it easier for devotees, especially those staying nearby, to get tickets and have a smoother darshan experience.
TTD will issue 800 Srivani darshan tickets online daily from January 9.
Tickets will be available from 9 am to 2 pm for darshan at 4 pm on the same day.
Only one family of up to four members can book together, with Aadhaar verification and a valid mobile number required.
The new system is on a trial basis for one month, with a review after three months.
200 tickets will still be issued offline at Tirupati Airport, and 500 tickets are available through online advance booking.
