More Library Cartoon Network Shows Removed from HBO Max
HBO Max removed two Cartoon Network shows.
This is part of the platform changing its focus.
In 2022, they reduced kids' content.
After a shift towards more kids content, now, they are shifting away from this content again.
New shows from Cartoon Network will still be on Max.
HBO Max removed *Courage the Cowardly Dog* and *What’s New, Scooby-Doo*.
The removals happened because their licensing deals expired and were not renewed.
This marks another strategic shift for the Warner Bros. Discovery streamer.
The platform initially reduced children's content in 2022.
New kids animated series will still premiere on Max.
