Karnataka Raj Bhavan to Open to Public Tours
Imagine a really old and important house called Raj Bhavan, where the Governor of Karnataka lives.
This house was built a long time ago and has a cool, old style.
For a long time, people couldn't go inside, but now, the government wants everyone to be able to see it!
They are setting up tours so you can walk around and learn about its history.
This is similar to how people are now able to tour Vidhana Soudha.
They're getting ready to make the tours fun and easy for everyone who visits.
Raj Bhavan will open for public tours.
The building was constructed in the 1840s.
It was originally built as a residence for British Commissioners.
The Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) is organizing guided tours.
The tours follow a successful program at Vidhana Soudha.
