PM Modi Chairs Fifth Chief Secretaries’ Conference
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead a big meeting in New Delhi on December 27 and 28, 2025.
This meeting is called the Fifth National Conference of Chief Secretaries.
It will bring together important officials from the central and state governments to talk about how to make India better.
The main topic is about making people's skills and education better, so India can grow and become stronger.
They will discuss things like improving schools, teaching new skills, and making sure people are healthy and happy.
There will also be special talks about using technology, making farming better, and making it easier to do business.
The goal is to make sure all the plans made by the government are actually put into action to help India become a developed country.

Six special sessions will address governance and economic challenges, including technology in governance, AgriStack, state-level deregulation, tourism development, national security, and planning for a post–Left Wing Extremism future.
Informal sessions will also be held to discuss heritage and manuscript digitisation, and the integration of Ayush into primary healthcare.
