Bosch India Reports 3.4% Net Profit Rise in Q2 FY26 Driven by Auto Demand
Bosch India, a company that makes parts for cars and other vehicles, did better in the second part of the financial year (Q2 FY26).
Their profits went up a little bit because many people bought new cars and used equipment.
Their sales also increased.
The business that makes parts for two-wheeled vehicles grew a lot because of new rules for sensors.
However, another part of their business that isn't related to vehicles, called 'Beyond Mobility', made less money because they sold some parts of that business.
The company is hopeful that sales will continue to be good because of the upcoming festival season and some changes in taxes.
Overall, it was a good quarter for Bosch India's main car-related businesses.
Bosch India's consolidated net profit rose 3.4% year-on-year to ₹554 crore in Q2 FY26.
Revenues from operations grew 9.1% to ₹4,795 crore, driven by demand in passenger car and off-highway segments.
The 2-wheeler business saw a significant 81.8% growth due to higher sales of exhaust gas sensors for OBD-II norms.
The Beyond Mobility business experienced a 14.4% decline in net sales following the divestment of several units.
Bosch anticipates healthy demand and improving customer sentiment, expecting sustained momentum into Q3.
