Wakefit IPO Opens December 8
Wakefit Innovations, a company known for mattresses and furniture, is launching its IPO on December 8.
The IPO will be open for bidding until December 10, with shares being listed on December 15.
The company plans to raise Rs 1,289 crore through a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 377.18 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of Rs 912 crore.
Existing investors and promoters will sell part of their stake.
The funds raised will be used to expand the company's stores, buy new equipment, and boost marketing efforts.
Wakefit started in 2016 and has since grown into a broader home and furniture brand.
The company reported a profit of Rs 35.5 crore on revenue of Rs 724 crore in the six months ending September 2025.
