Five Companies Get SEBI Nod for IPOs

Five companies in India, including Kissht's parent company OnEMI and a company that makes special parts called Indo MIM, have gotten permission from the government to sell shares to the public for the first time.

This is called an IPO.

Together, they want to raise over ₹3,000 crore.

Each company has different plans for the money, like paying off debts, expanding their business, or just having extra money for general needs.

Last year, companies in India raised a record amount of money through IPOs, showing that many people are interested in investing.

The companies filed their plans between August and October and got the final approval recently.
