Revanth Reddy Orders Telangana Child Online Safety Framework

Telangana’s chief minister, A. Revanth Reddy, wants the state to make a plan to help keep children safe online.

Officials will prepare it with the High Court and the Telangana State Legal Services Authority.

He said parents should be part of the effort and talk with children about what they do on the internet.

He reminded people that 1930 is the cybercrime helpline and 1098 is the child help number.

Telangana also uses services such as Bharosa centres and the CybHER app to support safety.

At the conference, Reddy launched a scheme to help people report bonded labour and get legal aid and support.

The conference focused on getting justice for children in cyberspace.
