iPhone 17 Pro Searches Surge as iPhone 18 Pro Nears
People in India are searching more for the iPhone 17 Pro even though a newer iPhone 18 Pro is approaching.
This is happening because Apple stopped selling the older Pro models in its main lineup.
Stores such as Croma are trying to sell the phones that are still left.
They are offering discounts, cashback, and extra money for exchanging an old phone.
These offers can make the iPhone 17 Pro much cheaper than it was at launch.
Some shoppers are also searching for the larger iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The phones may become harder to find because no more shipments are expected from Apple.
This is why searches for discounts and exchange prices have increased.
Google Trends recorded a sharp rise in India-based searches for the iPhone 17 Pro over the past 24 hours.
The leading query, “croma iphone 17 pro discount,” reflected consumer interest in clearance-sale pricing.
Apple discontinued the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max after announcing its next-generation models.
Croma promotions reportedly included bank discounts, exchange bonuses, and reductions on remaining stock.
The 256GB iPhone 17 Pro could reach an effective price of Rs 69,990 from its Rs 1,34,900 launch price.
