Guntur Development Projects Progressing
In Guntur, important ministers started new road projects to help with traffic and make the city better.
They laid the foundation for a new part of the Inner Ring Road, which will cost Rs.
48 crore.
This road will help people get around the city more easily and also serve as an alternative route to Amaravati.
The ministers also talked about fixing old water tanks, building new bridges, parks, and hospitals.
They promised that all the pending projects will start once the new budget is ready.
The state government has given Rs.
650 crore to Guntur for these projects, which will create jobs.
The ministers also mentioned that a big bridge called Sankar Vilas Bridge is being built and will be finished by July 27, 2027.
Nine pillars of the bridge are already done.
Union Minister Dr Pemmasani Chandrasekhar and Minister P Narayana launched the third phase of Inner Ring Road (IRR) works in Guntur.
The IRR project is a comprehensive development initiative including underground drainage and side drains, costing Rs. 48 crore for Phase 3.
