Crude Oil Prices See Fluctuations, Remain in Trading Ranges
Imagine the price of oil as a bouncing ball.
Sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down, but it mostly stays within a certain area.
Over the last week, the price of oil did just that.
One type of oil, Brent, slightly decreased in price.
Another type, MCX, stayed the same.
The prices are currently 'fighting' between buyers and sellers.
If the price goes higher than a certain point, it could go up more.
But, if it goes lower than a certain point, it could go down.
Right now, no one is sure which way it will go.
Brent crude oil futures decreased 0.5% for the week.
MCX crude oil futures remained flat.
Brent futures are trading within a $65-$69 range.
MCX crude oil futures are trading between ₹5,380-₹5,800.
The next price trend depends on whether support or resistance levels are broken.
