Jeetendra and Tusshar Sell Mumbai Property for Rs 559 Crore
Jeetendra and his son Tusshar Kapoor sold a big building in Mumbai to a company called NTT Global Data Centres.
The building is in an IT park and has 11 floors.
The company paid 559 crore rupees for it.
The building will be used as a data center.
The sale happened recently, and the papers were signed on January 9.
The government said they don't have to pay extra taxes on this sale.
The building is very big, about 30,195 square meters.
The company also paid a small amount for something called metro cess.
NTT Global Data Centres bought a 30,195 sq m property in Balaji IT Park, Mumbai from Tushar Infra Developers Pvt Ltd and Pantheon Buildcon Pvt Ltd.
The property includes a ground plus ten-storey building and an adjacent four-storey diesel generator structure.
The sale price was Rs 559.24 crore, with a metro cess of Rs 5.59 lakh paid.
The registration of the deal was done on January 9.
The sale does not attract any stamp duty payment as per a 2024 government resolution.
