Verve Restructures, Three Agents Depart
Verve, a talent agency, is making some big changes.
Three agents are leaving the company.
Chase Northington, who has been there since he was an intern, is being let go.
Sara Nestor and Viviane Telio won't have their contracts renewed.
The company says they are doing this to make the agency stronger and focus on areas that are growing.
They also mentioned that they are hiring new people and plan to expand more in the future.
Earlier this year, they had to cut salaries temporarily to deal with money problems, but they didn't lay off anyone.
It's all about making the agency better for their clients and the industry.
Three agents are departing Verve due to restructuring: Chase Northington, Sara Nestor, and Viviane Telio.
Verve's board states the restructuring aims to strengthen core operations and invest in high-growth areas.
Northington has been with Verve since 2013, starting as an intern and becoming an agent.
Nestor was promoted to agent in 2017 after starting as an intern and working her way up.
Telio joined Verve in 2020 after working at CAA, ICM Partners, and JPMorgan.
