Tributes Paid to Reddy, Road Safety Awareness in Ongole

On Monday, people in Ongole honored Magunta Subbarami Reddy, a former MP, on his death anniversary.

They placed garlands on his statue and had a meeting to remember him.

The Social Welfare Minister said Reddy did a lot to help poor people and made education available to everyone.

The Magunta family is well-loved in Prakasam district because of their good work.

Many important people, like ministers and MPs, were there to pay their respects.

Additionally, a road safety awareness programme was organized, focusing on traffic rules, safe driving practices, and legal penalties for violations.

AMVI Jayaprakash emphasized the importance of road safety and explained various traffic signs and laws.

Approximately 350 students and other attendees learned about the penalties for major traffic violations and the Good Samaritan Law.

In another event, Pinnelli Venkata Reddy, the brother of a former MLA, surrendered to the Macherla court in connection with a double murder case and was subsequently shifted to Guntur district Jail.
