Eight Companies Plan IPOs in January 2026

Eight companies in India are planning to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) in January 2026.

These companies come from different sectors like AI, renewable energy, finance, mining, hospitality, solar technology, construction, and defense.

Each company has different plans for the funds they will raise.

For example, Fractal Analytics, which provides AI and data solutions, plans to use the money for things like repaying debt, buying laptops, and expanding their offices.

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, which works on renewable energy projects, will use the funds mainly to clear debt.

Hero FinCorp, a finance company, wants to strengthen its capital base.

Bharat Coking Coal, a mining company, will offer shares to the public without raising new funds.

Prestige Hospitality Ventures, which runs luxury hotels, plans to use the money for new hotel developments and reducing debt.

PMEA Solar Tech Solutions, which makes solar tracking systems, will use the funds for its operations.

Varindera Constructions, which builds defense infrastructure and airports, has approval for its IPO but needs to launch it soon.

SMPP, which makes defense equipment like ballistic jackets and helmets, also plans to raise funds through its IPO.

Together, these IPOs could raise over Rs 25,000 crore, making January a very important month for the stock market.
