Ambedkar Smritivan Upkeep Given to Tourism, Culture Departments
The place where we remember Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, a very important person in India's history, is now going to be taken care of by new teams.
The government decided that the tourism and culture people will manage this special memorial in Vijayawada.
This is because the old company that was supposed to take care of it didn't do a good job.
The boss of the district, Collector Dr. Lakshmisha, said that everyone must be very careful in keeping the memorial nice.
He also made sure that the workers who cleaned the place get their money right away.

The maintenance and development of Dr B.R. Ambedkar Smritivan in Vijayawada has been transferred to the state's tourism and cultural departments.
NTR district collector Dr G. Lakshmisha stated this at a coordination meeting on Sunday.
The previous contract agency was terminated due to lapses in maintenance and neglect.
Strict orders were issued for immediate payment of pending salaries to sanitation workers, with the threat of blacklisting the agency.
The state government is organizing special programs to honor Ambedkar and promote his message of equality and social justice.
