Durga Puja Committee President Shot in Bangladesh
On Saturday night, someone shot the President of the Durga Puja Committee in Bangladesh while he was riding a motorcycle with a friend.
The President, Anirban Chowdhury Rajib, was hurt, and his friend also got shot.
They were taken to the hospital.
The police are now trying to figure out who did it and why.
The President of the Durga Puja Committee was shot in Mirsharai upazila.
The incident occurred on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway.
Anirban Chowdhury Rajib sustained two bullet injuries.
His friend Amal was also shot and injured.
Police are investigating the shooting.
