Punjab Police Launches Empowerment Campaign for Adolescent Girls

The Punjab Police has started a campaign for girls aged 12 to 18.

It aims to help them stay healthy, safe, educated, and confident.

The program will focus especially on girls who face poverty or other dangers.

It will also reach school dropouts, migrant families, girls with disabilities, and girls at risk of child labour or early marriage.

Experts will discuss physical and mental health, nutrition, and menstrual hygiene.

Girls will learn about laws, safety, money, technology, leadership, and careers.

The campaign will use health check-ups, training sessions, street plays, flyers, and short videos.

These materials will be available in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
