Chirag Paswan Receives Death Threat Amid Reservation Dispute

Chirag Paswan, a Union minister, received a letter threatening his life.

The letter said he would soon be killed by terrorists.

It was unsigned and included two mobile phone numbers.

Paswan’s office asked officials to find out who sent it and whether it is real.

His office also asked whether his security should be increased.

Paswan already has nationwide Z-category security.

The letter was shared with the Central Reserve Police Force and the Bihar government.

The threat came after a disagreement about whether Scheduled Caste reservations should be reviewed.
