Diagnostic Equipment Unused in Bhopal Gas Hospitals Since 2023
Imagine hospitals having fancy machines to help sick people, like X-ray and heart test machines.
But, in Bhopal, India, some hospitals can't use them!
These machines, for things like sonograms and heart tests, are just sitting there.
The problem is they don't have enough people who know how to use them, like trained doctors and technicians.
Even though they got new machines in 2023, they're still not being used.
Some hospitals are better, but it's not always easy for patients to get the tests they need.
It's like having a great toy but no instructions or anyone to play with it!
Diagnostic equipment is unused in Bhopal gas hospitals.
Lack of trained technicians and specialist doctors is the primary issue.
Equipment includes sonography, echocardiography, X-ray, TMT, and PFT machines.
Problem is present since 2023 in various BGTRR hospitals.
Radiology services at other hospitals are available but depend on doctors’ discretion.
