BTS Video Shows Ranbir Kapoor Used Silicone Fat Suit in Animal
Ranbir Kapoor's look in the movie Animal, where he appeared to have gained weight, was actually achieved using a silicone fat suit and facial prosthetics.
A behind-the-scenes video went viral, showing how the special effects team created this transformation.
Fans were surprised, as they thought Ranbir had actually put on weight.
The movie was a big hit and will have a sequel called Animal Park, expected to start filming in 2027.
The special effects team shared details about how they made the suit to match Ranbir's skin tone and movements, including adding scars and a pale finish to his face.
Fans praised the team's work, comparing it to Aamir Khan's transformations in other films.
Ranbir Kapoor used a silicone fat suit to appear heavier in Animal, not actual weight gain.
The transformation included facial prosthetics, scars, and a pale finish to show injuries.
Fans were surprised, thinking Kapoor had genuinely gained weight for the role.
Animal earned ₹900 crore worldwide and a sequel, Animal Park, is planned for 2027.
