Freshworks Names Ian Tickle Chief of Global Field Operations
Freshworks, a software company, has named Ian Tickle as the head of its global sales and operations.
He was already doing the job temporarily since April, and now it's permanent.
Tickle will be based in London and report to the CEO.
Freshworks saw a good start to 2025 with a lot more sales, helped in part by Tickle.
Before Freshworks, Tickle worked at other tech companies, where he focused on helping sell products around the world.
Tickle is eager to continue the success.
Ian Tickle is appointed as Chief of Global Field Operations at Freshworks.
He served as interim CGFO since April while also being VP & GM of International Sales.
Tickle will report to CEO Dennis Woodside and be based in London.
Freshworks reported 19% year-over-year revenue growth in Q1 2025.
Tickle previously held roles at Domo and Oracle, focusing on global sales.
