39 Arrested, Drugs Worth Rs 55 Crore Seized in Bengaluru

The police in a city called Bengaluru did a big operation to catch people who sell illegal drugs.

Illegal drugs are substances that are against the law because they can hurt people.

They arrested 39 people.

Some of these people came from other countries, and some came from other parts of India.

They also took away a lot of drugs that cost about 55 crore rupees.

The drugs included MDMA, cocaine, ganja and opium.

The police chief said this was part of an anti-drug campaign called Mission RISE.

The people who were caught had bought the drugs cheaply and sold them for more money.

They even sold them to college students, which is very dangerous.

The police are still looking for the people who gave the drugs to the arrested people.
