ABVP Workers Forcibly Enter Indore Collectorate Over College Facilities

ABVP students protested because they said government colleges lacked important basic facilities.

They wanted safer campuses, clean toilets, drinking water and better classrooms.

The students gathered outside the Indore collectorate to give officials a list of demands.

Police stopped them from entering through the main gate.

The protesters then removed barricades and went inside the compound.

An ABVP leader said the group had planned a peaceful demonstration.

The group submitted a memorandum containing 18 demands.

Police said nobody was hurt or involved in an untoward incident, and no case had been filed.
