NSE Sets ₹1,700–₹1,785 Price Band for September IPO
The National Stock Exchange, or NSE, is preparing to sell shares to the public.
Each share will cost between Rs 1,700 and Rs 1,785.
People can begin applying on September 17, while special early investors can bid on September 16.
The application window will close on September 21.
Investors must buy at least eight shares at a time.
This means one lot will cost between Rs 13,600 and Rs 14,280.
Existing investors are selling the shares, so NSE itself will not get money from the sale.
The shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The National Stock Exchange of India has set its IPO price band at Rs 1,700–Rs 1,785 per share.
The IPO will open for subscription on September 17 and close on September 21; anchor bidding begins September 16.
Investors must bid for at least eight shares, requiring Rs 13,600 at the lower band or Rs 14,280 at the upper band.
The issue is an offer for sale of up to 12.64 crore shares, so NSE will not receive the IPO proceeds.
Up to 50% of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, at least 15% for non-institutional investors and at least 35% for retail investors.
