IIT Indore Hosts Science and Sustainability Workshop for Students
The Indian Institute of Technology Indore, along with the Biotech Research Society of India, organized a special workshop for school students.
The workshop was about science and how it can help the environment.
Fifty students from different schools in and around Indore attended.
They learned about biotechnology, how drugs affect the environment, and how tiny plastic pieces (microplastics) pollute water.
They also visited places where water is cleaned to see how it's done.
The workshop ended with a ceremony where students received certificates.
The goal was to teach students about science and how to take care of the planet.
Indian Institute of Technology Indore and Biotech Research Society of India (BRSI) organized a one-day workshop on biotechnology and sustainability for school students.
The workshop, themed 'The Green Catalyst: Science, Sustainability & Business (GC-SSB)', aimed to promote scientific awareness and sustainability among 50 students from Classes 9 to 12.
