Acharyakulam Students Win 12 Gold Medals at Uttarakhand Championship
Acharyakulam students took part in a large yoga competition in Uttarakhand.
The event was called the Yogasana Khelo Mahakumbh.
It was held from September 14 to 16, 2026.
About 350 people competed in different age groups.
Acharyakulam students won 12 gold medals.
They also won two silver medals and one bronze medal.
The government gave participants tracksuits, yoga kits, socks and shoes.
Winners also received money for finishing first, second or third.

About 350 participants from across Uttarakhand competed in the event’s age and open women’s categories.
Four Acharyakulam students won gold medals in the Under-14 category, while eight won gold in Under-19 events.
The Uttarakhand government provided participants with sports kits and awarded cash prizes to the top three finishers.
