Three IPOs Draw Strong Demand as Subscriptions Close
Three companies offered shares to the public through IPOs.
The IPOs were Skyways Air Services, Symbiotec Pharmalab and Hy-Tech Engineers.
Their subscription periods ended on August 27, 2026.
Investors requested many more shares than the companies offered.
Hy-Tech Engineers received the strongest demand, with more than 114 times subscription overall by midday.
Skyways and Symbiotec were each subscribed about 14 times.
The companies said they would use some of the money for debt repayment, expansion or working capital.
Hy-Tech Engineers plans to list its shares on the BSE and NSE on September 1.
Skyways Air Services, Symbiotec Pharmalab and Hy-Tech Engineers IPOs closed for subscription on August 27, 2026.
By midday, Skyways was subscribed 14.40 times, Symbiotec 13.86 times and Hy-Tech Engineers 114.06 times.
Hy-Tech Engineers recorded the highest demand, including 234.30 times subscription in its non-institutional investor portion.
Skyways offered a fresh issue of up to 2.89 crore shares and an offer-for-sale of up to 1.33 crore shares at ₹131-138 per share.
Symbiotec’s issue was priced at ₹938-988 per share, while Hy-Tech Engineers’ ₹135.73-crore IPO was priced at ₹50-53 per share.
